2022 was a tumultuous year. Russia invaded Ukraine, Covid-19 continued though with less mortality, the January 6 Committee released its damning report on the actions of the former president. Least importantly, Elon Musk purchased Twitter (now "X") and, as of this writing, has squandered his credibility as a thought leader.
